Hydrological, soil biogeochemical, and dual-isotope data from the Matsuzawa catchment (1989–2023)

These data were collected through long-term hydrological monitoring (1990–2023) and multiple biogeochemical surveys conducted over the same period in the Matsuzawa catchment, a forested watershed in Shiga Prefecture, Japan.
