Replication Data for: Performance of three diagnostic tests for tuberculosis among HIV patients presenting to a health facility in an informal urban settlement in Nairobi County, Kenya.

This is a replication dataset for the paper "Evaluation of the performance of three diagnostic tests for Tuberculosis among HIV patients presenting to Kibra Community Health Centre, Nairobi county, Kenya." This datasets contains results of samples tested by Sputum Smear Microscopy, Xpert Ultra and lipoarabinomannan antigen between September 2022 and March 2023. Aside from the samples, it also contains the patients’ sociodemographic characteristics (Age, sex, marital status, level of education, area of residence, occupation and HAART status) . The dataset is used to infer accuracy of diagnostic test that are used to test the presence of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis infection among people living with HIV in Nairobi, Kenya.
