This study investigates the transcriptional impact of PBX1 depletion in colorectal cancer. Total RNA from HCT116 cells transduced with PBX1-targeting shRNA or control shRNA was subjected to RNA-sequencing. Differential gene expression analysis was performed to identify PBX1-regulated pathways involved in apoptosis, cell proliferation, and tumor progression.
