Satellite Tracking of Adelie Penguins in the Dumont Durville Area, Antarctica

This dataset contains the results from satellite tracking the movements of Adélie Penguins (Pygoscelis adeliae) in the Dumont D'urville region, Antarctica. By the use of satellite fixes the foraging locations of the penguins were determined. Monitoring occurred during the 1995-1996 summer season.This work was compeleted as part of ASAC project 2205 (ASAC_2205), &Adélie penguin research and monitoring in support of the CCAMLR Ecosystem Monitoring Project&.本数据集收录了南极迪蒙·迪尔维尔（Dumont D'urville）区域内阿德利企鹅（Pygoscelis adeliae）的卫星追踪运动监测结果。研究通过卫星定位数据确定了该种群企鹅的觅食点位。本次监测工作开展于1995-1996年夏季。本研究作为ASAC项目2205（ASAC_2205）的一部分完成，该项目主题为“支持CCAMLR生态系统监测计划的阿德利企鹅研究与监测”。
