This repository contains the harmonised country-year analytic dataset, data dictionary, source information, and reproducible R code associated with the manuscript: Global inequities in deceased organ donation, 2008–2024: trends, donation pathways, unmet need, and policy implications. Data sources include the WHO Global Observatory on Donation and Transplantation (GODT), the United Nations World Population Prospects (WPP), and Human Development Index (HDI) data. Variables without the suffix "_final" generally represent original GODT values. Variables with the suffix "_final" represent final values after interpolation and manual review.
