Additional supplementary data for the paper “Developmental stability of the mRNA–tRNA interface”

This is the intermediate data produced by the upstream RNA and ChIP sequencing pipelines, as well as meta information (gene annotations and sequence information) manually downloaded, all of which is required by the downstream analysis pipeline that is distributed with the paper.
