We uesd single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology to sequence the mononuclear phagocytes in the mice kidney, blood and spleen after acute kidney injury, and comprehensively describe characteristics of mononuclear phagocytes. We used a unilateral ischemia-reperfusion renal injury (uIRI) 45minAKI model. The mouse kidney, spleen, and peripheral blood were taken 1 and 3 days after surgery, and the kidney, spleen and peripheral blood of normal mice were used as controls. Mononuclear phagocytic cells were sorted by FACS and then performed single cell transcriptome sequencing. 6 mice at each time point.
