Bcl-xL inhibition potentiates interferon-induced apoptosis in MPN stem cells

This RNA sequencing data set investigates the transcriptional response of wild-type and Jak2V617F haematopoietic stem cells to the chronic administration of a pegylated form of murine interferon alpha. RNA sequencing was performed on wild-type (CD45.1+/CD45.2-) and Jak2V617F (CD45.1-/CD45.2+) long-term haematopoietic stem cells (Lin-/Sca1+/cKIT+/CD150+/CD48-) isolated by flow cytometry from congenic recipients (CD45.1+/CD45.2+) treated with pegylated interferon alpha for 4 weeks.
