VPRS 13911 IDGCC [Integrated Drying Gasification Cycle Concept] Patent Files

Records in this series relate to the State Electricity Commission of Victoria's (SECV) patent application for the Integrated Drying Gasification Combined Cycle Concept and to the DUT Claim. DUT (Down Under Technologies) challenged in the patent court the SECV's claim to be the inventor of the Integrated Drying Gasification Combined Cycle Concept. DUT claimed the SECV developed and patented DUT's basic concept without DUT's knowledge or involvement.
