Session notes: Tilt series of R. eutropha storage granules from cells grown for 9hrs in minimal media then mildly lysed. Tilt series notes: Lysed cell with many large granules. Tomogram notes: Really nice reconstruction of granules, surface appears much better defined than other reconstructions of lysed cells.
