Ship precipitation measurement comparison on R/V Alkor from 1999 to 2004@en

Simultaneous in-situ measurements of rain onboard R/V Alkor using an optical disdrometer ODM470 and a ship rain gauge SRG. Measurement interval of rain rates R is 1 minute. Only times with precipitation are given for May to October (rain only measurements). Top indicates the horizontal collector, side the lateral collector, drop is the number of drops formed by a drop former connected to a collector of the ship rain gauge.本数据集包含在阿尔科尔号研究船（R/V Alkor）上采用光学雨滴谱仪（optical disdrometer）ODM470与船用雨量计（ship rain gauge）SRG开展的同步原位降雨测量。降雨率R的测量间隔为1分钟。数据集仅收录5月至10月的有降水时段的数据（仅开展降雨测量）。其中，Top（顶部）指代水平集水器，Side（侧面）指代侧向集水器，drop（雨滴数）指与船用雨量计集水器相连的雨滴生成装置所产生的雨滴数量。
