以不同流速和开度条件下针阀为研究对象,基于ANSYS V18.1软件进行不同流速和开度条件下典型针阀(最大阀程16mm)的冲击(蚀)损伤模拟分析,发现当阀门开度较小时,阀针锥段与柱体过渡处易发生冲击(蚀)损伤;当阀门开度中等时,阀座迎流面与出口流道转角处易发生冲击(蚀)损伤;当阀门开度较大时,阀座迎流面与出口流道转角、入口和出口流道上表面均易发生冲击(蚀)损伤;随着入口初始流速的增加,阀门冲击(蚀)损伤位置加速向大开度演化。数据集文件11.1MB。
Taking needle valves under varying flow velocities and opening degrees as the research object, simulations and analysis of impact/erosion damage were performed for a typical needle valve with a maximum valve stroke of 16 mm using ANSYS V18.1 software. The findings are as follows: when the valve opening is small, impact/erosion damage is prone to occur at the transition between the tapered section and the cylindrical body of the valve needle; when the valve opening is moderate, impact/erosion damage is prone to occur at the corner between the flow-facing surface of the valve seat and the outlet flow passage; when the valve opening is large, impact/erosion damage is prone to occur at the flow-facing surface of the valve seat, the corner of the outlet flow passage, and the upper surfaces of both the inlet and outlet flow passages. As the initial inlet flow velocity increases, the location of impact/erosion damage on the valve accelerates its evolution towards larger opening degrees. The dataset file has a size of 11.1 MB.
