These are E coli cells (EPEC 8612) obtained from Ritesh (Ilan Rosenshine lab at the Hebrew . university). The idea is to image bacterial nanotubes in these cells.
AD1231: pAD1361/A136; Carbenicillin 50; virB, virD4, virGN54D on multicopy plasmid, host lacks a Ti-plasmid. Constitutive virG mutant, does not require AS. But good to have AS in the media, anyway.
