To understand the gene expression dynamics of flower development in the early stages at single cell level, we performed time series single-nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) experiments using Arabidopsis thaliana flowers of developmental stages. Nuclei were isolated from pAP1:AP1-GR ap1-1 cal-1 Arabidopsis thaliana flower tissues after 0, 2, 4, 8 days of DEX induction. After DAPI staining, nuclei were collected by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) based on the DAPI peaks. SnRNA-seq library were then generated by SMARTer ICELL8 single-cell system
