Prevalence of Hematodinium perezi in Louisiana blue crabs, 2010-2016

Blue crab megalopae were collected using passive collectors and plankton nets during the summers of 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. Individual megalopae were extracted and screened by PCR for the presence of DNA belonging to the parasitic dinoflagellate Hematodinium perezi.蓝蟹大眼幼体（megalopae）于2010、2013、2014、2015、2016年夏季通过被动采集器与浮游生物网采集得到。后续对单只大眼幼体进行分离操作，并通过聚合酶链式反应（PCR）筛查其体内是否含有寄生性双鞭毛虫皮氏血涡鞭虫（Hematodinium perezi）的DNA。
