Mechanism Study on the Regulation of Silage Fermentation under Stress from Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium verticillioides.

In this study, we explored the effects and underlying mechanisms of different acid-responsive Fusarium graminearum strains (120, 209) and Fusarium verticillioides strains (7, 218), individually and in interaction, derived from corn stalk rot on the quality of silage corn ensiled for 60 days, using metatranscriptomics. This research provides new insights into the interactions between disease and silage.
