Genetic analysis of substrains of Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto

In this project, three substrains isolated from seeds of Bacillus subtilis var. natto were genetically verified based on a short read sequencing platform. They are subjected to further analysis on the lifespan and stress resistance of the Japanese fermented food, natto.
