Data Availability and Reproducibility The substrate dataset (296,457 file instances across five open-source repositories from our companion empirical defect-prediction study) is permanently archived on Zenodo as the Software Defect Prediction Dataset at DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19682732 (Paper A in this series). The post-execution attribution pipeline specific to this manuscript — synthetic failure-event generator, four-method evaluation pipeline, calibration analysis, bootstrap statistics, reliability-diagram scripts, and the seven result tables —is archived as this companion deposit (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20723929) under CC-BY-4.0 (code) and CC-BY-4.0 (data). Source code is at https://github.com/javvadivijayprasad/DefectAnalysisReserch. Independent re-evaluation of the reported attribution numbers can be performed in approximately 4-8 hours of compute time on commodity hardware.
