Bacillus thuringiensis Genome sequencing and assembly

Bacillus thuringiensis is a Gram-positive, spore forming bacterium and has been isolated from environments including soil, plant surfaces and flour mills. It is a biotechnology organism that is used as a biological pesticide. This project aimed to collect complete genome assembly data for important strains of B. thuringiensis.
