The equatorial intermedaite currents in the eastern Indian Ocean that obtained from Linear Ocean Model.

The data were based on linear ocean models. The linear ocean model is first spun up for 20 years using daily CCMP wind stress forcing from the climatology of the period 2001–2018 and then restarted from the year 20. The model is integrated forward in time using the CCMP daily wind stress forcing. This solution is referred to as the LOM main run (MR). To isolate the effects of the direct waves and the eastern boundary–reflected Rossby waves in the wind stress driving process, experiment DAMP is performed with a damper in the eastern equatorial ocean.
