16S rRNA gene sequencing of Rhodopseudomonas palustris BNCC337801 isolate

This project contains sequencing data from the pure culture of Rhodopseudomonas palustris (strain BNCC337801) obtained from the BeNa Culture Collection (Beijing, China). DNA was extracted from the isolate and subjected to 16S rRNA gene sequencing to confirm taxonomic identity and assess phylogenetic affiliation. These data provide molecular evidence supporting strain identification and will serve as a reference for further studies on its ecological potential in nitrogen fixation and soil microbial interactions.
