Environment variables and Chlorophyll a Concentration Dataset for the East China Sea 2003-2020

The dataset contains chlorophyll a concentration, Yangtze River discharge, Sea water potential temperature, Sea water salinity, Eastward sea water velocity, Northward sea water velocity and sea surface temperature data in the East China Sea in the range of 26°N-34°N, 118°E-128°E. The chlorophyll a concentration data with a temporal resolution of 1 day and a spatial resolution of 0.25° are from European Space Agency Ocean Colour Climate Change Initiative dataset (OC-CCI, Version 6.0) at https://rsg.pml.ac.uk/thredds/ncss/grid/CCI_ALL-v6.0-DAILY/dataset.html. SST data from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Optimum Interpolation SST Version 2.1 product at https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/sea-surface-temperature-optimum-interpolation/v2.1/access/avhrr/. The daily Sea water potential temperature, Sea water salinity, Eastward sea water velocity, Northward sea water velocity data sets were obtained from Copernicus Marine products and services (Global Ocean Physics Reanalysis) at https://data.marine.copernicus.eu/product/GLOBAL_MULTIYEAR_PHY_001_031/download. Yangtze River discharge is obtained from daily observations at the Datong station.
