PLEKHG1 deficiency is associated with aberrant developmental B cell trajectories

This repository contains the processed data from the single cell multiomics analysis related to the manuscript "PLEKHG1 deficiency is associated with aberrant developmental B cell trajectories", and reproducibility code. The data is stored in the AnnData format and can be generated from the raw data in GEO:GSE312612 following the pre-processing scripts found in the code folder. It can also be used directly to follow our analysis scripts to reproduce the figures from the publication. The repository only contains the minimal necessary code to reproduce the figures from the publications for reviewing purposes. Extensive and mantained coded is available in the associated Github repository. To run the code, please unzip the compressed folders, and move the .h5ad files to data/adata .
