These data represent LC-MS/MS analysis of intact proteins directly extracted from infectious foci of mouse kidneys infected with S. aureus. Proteins were fragmented using ETD, and ions matching ions detected in MALDI IMS data were manually sequenced.本数据集为直接从感染金黄色葡萄球菌 (Staphylococcus aureus，S. aureus) 的小鼠肾脏感染灶中提取的完整蛋白质的液相色谱-串联质谱 (LC-MS/MS) 分析数据。实验采用电子转移解离 (Electron Transfer Dissociation，ETD) 对蛋白质进行碎裂，并对与基质辅助激光解吸电离成像质谱 (MALDI IMS) 数据中检测到的离子相匹配的离子进行了人工测序。
