In this study seven locations were sampled and sediment samples were analyzed with metabarcoding and morphological analyses. The molecular analyses amplified three genetic markers, among them 18S rDNA, 28S rDNA and COI gene fragments. The NemaSPEAR[%] index was caluculated for both datasets and the accuracy of the molecular approach was evaluated.
