Phylogenomics of Brachystegia using target enrichment baits (Detarioideae)

Dataset covering 61 Illumina targeted-enrichment libraries (Illumina, MYbaits 3.0.1 protocol; baits designed for Detarioideae; paired-end; 2 * 150 bp). It covers 60 Brachystegia specimens for a near complete species sampling (28 out of 29 species), plus a Julbernardia paniculata individual. The specimens used for the preparation of the different libraries are mostly coming from herbaria vouchers (BR; BRLU; FHO; LISC).
