eggplant : SCOG : data

This repository contains the observed and analyzed data used in the tutorial on eggplant given at the SCOG workshop 2022-05-24 (www.singlecell.de/index.php/events/scog-virtual-workshop-spatial-transcriptomics-data-analysis-in-python/). All data is contained within the data.zip folder. The zip file is password-protected. The password is distributed to all the workshop participants. The password will be shared with other individuals upon reasonable request.
