A Streptomyces strain isolated from a sample of the New Zealand lichen Pseudocyphellaria dissimilis. Illumina and Nanopore technologies were used for whole-genome sequencing and assembly. The main objective is to confirm the skylamycin biosynthetic gene cluster is on the genome.
