Presence-absence matrices

Six presence-absence matrices generated to detect non-random species co-occurrence patterns using EcoSim (Gotelli & Entsminger 2004). Rows correspond to the species sampled in this study. Columns correspond to the sampled sites analyzed.本数据集共包含6个存在-缺失矩阵（presence-absence matrix），用于通过EcoSim软件（Gotelli与Entsminger, 2004）检测非随机的物种共现模式。矩阵的行对应本研究中采样的物种，列对应本次分析的采样样地。
