PFTKB: an evidence-based perioperative fluid therapy knowledge base for individualized clinical decision support

PFTKB (Perioperative Fluid Therapy Knowledge Base) is an evidence-based online knowledge base for individualized perioperative fluid therapy, integrating data from 402 clinical studies published between 1990 and 2025. It provides searchable evidence summaries, interactive visual analytics, and decision-support tools covering patient characteristics, surgical information, fluid therapy regimens, assessment parameters, and postoperative outcomes.
