Enhancing Industrial Tourism Intention through Smart Green Tourism Technology: The Role of Perceived Ease of Use in a Smart City Context : Evidence from Bekasi Nyambung Bae (Bebunge)

The rapid development of smart cities has transformed tourism into a technology-driven ecosystem, yet the mechanisms through which smart city readiness influences industrial tourism intention remain unclear. This study aims to examine the mediating role of Smart Green Tourism Technology and Perceived Ease of Use in shaping industrial tourism intention. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from 385 students in Bekasi Regency. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares method. The results reveal that Smart City Readiness significantly influences Smart Green Tourism Technology, which enhances Perceived Ease of Use and subsequently affects Industrial Tourism Intention. These findings indicate that Smart Green Tourism Technology and Perceived Ease of Use plays a central role in technology-driven tourism adoption. This study highlights the importance of integrating user value into smart tourism platforms and provides practical insights for policymakers in developing effective digital tourism strategies
