The number and position of breaks using BLISS-seq was measured in MCF-7 cells upon irradiation with 10 Gy and with or without the use of the antioxidant (N-acetylcysteine, NAC, 10mM). Overall design: BLISS libraries are prepared from either NAC treated or untreated cells irradiated with 0, or 10 Gy of gamma-radiations. Each condition is represented with 2 or 3 biological replicates.
