1875, 1881-1922For foreign going ships, the Articles show name of ship, official number, port of registry, port number and date of register, gross and net registered tonnage, nominal horsepower of engines (if any), name and address of registered managing owner or manager, number of seamen for whom accommodation is certified, and the load line and draught of the vessel. The Crew agreement relates to the length of the voyage and notes conditions, date and place of the commencement of the voyage, signature of master, signature of crew, their age, nationality, port of discharge, date and place of signing the agreement, capacity in which engaged, number of certificate (if any), commission, date and hour at which each member of the crew is to be on board, amount of wages per week or calendar month, amount of wages advanced upon or at the time of engagement, amount of weekly or monthly allotment, and particulars of discharge including date, place and cause of death or release.
