Three clones of FI progeny from the HB3-Dd2 cross in Plasmodium falciparum have been grown under artemisinin pressure. Illumina sequencing of these three clones will allow comparative analysis with the original strain to study factors contributing to altered artemisinin responsiveness in Plasmodium falciparum.
