Hepatic transcriptome of mice with acetaminophen-induced liver disease

Recent studies revealed that drug-induced liver damage (DILI) can be improved by modulating gut microbiota. In this study, we aimed to investigate the potential of Golden Bifido, a probiotic mixture containing Bifidobacterium Longum, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus (BSL), in mitigating acetaminophen induced liver injury (AILI) and elucidating the underlying mechanisms in the mouse liver.
