Remifentanil attenuates D1 MSNs injury induced by hepatic I / R by upregulating FGF18

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion (i/r) injury is an important complication in liver surgery and transplantation, involving a variety of cellular and molecular mechanisms. This study aimed to investigate the protective effect of remifentanil on D1 type mediated intermediate spinous neurons (D1 MSNs) and its neuroprotective mechanism in hepatic i/r injury.
