This is the data set for manuscript "Global optimization of suppressor tRNAs in mammalian cells through virus-assisted deepmutation profiling". The Code.zip contains the python script necesssary to process the high-throughput sequencing raw data storaged in Fastq files.zip. The parameter files for processing are in the corresponding folder for each selection, storaged in Data processed files folder.zip. Detailed protocol is in the supplementary information of the manuscript.
