Microbiome analysis of rhizosphere soil of three oilseed crops following inoculation with Pseudomonas fluorescens LBUM677

We studied the effect of inoculation with Pseudomonas fluorescens LBUM677, a plant growth promoting rhizobacterium that promotes seed oil accumulation, on the rhizosphere microbiome of three oilseed crops (Brassica napus, Buglossoides arvensis and Glycine max) over time. This study contributes to a better understanding of plant-microbe interactions and their non-target effects on rhizosphere bacterial communities, especially in the context of oilseed crops.
