SHRM in SMEs: systematic review

This study focuses on SHRM in SMEs. this study will search into both Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus scientific databases, both databases widely known as large and readable scientific databases and provide the ability to search with many options, creating a simple and distinctive search platform. The initial filtering and refinement stage (first scan) removed duplicate scientific records across the two databases, as well as non-English records and those deemed irrelevant during a preliminary review. The second scanning included a comprehensive review of the selected scientific records after the first scanning, to ensure that each record met the study's needs and was directly related to its focus. The findings demonstrate that Sustainable Human Resource Management enhances triple-bottom-line outcomes: environmental performance improves through waste reduction and resource efficiency; social performance strengthens via employee well-being, engagement, and equity; and economic performance benefits from cost savings, innovation, and competitive advantage.
