SHRM in SMEs: systematic review

This study focuses on SHRM in SMEs. this study will search into both Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus scientific databases, both databases widely known as large and readable scientific databases and provide the ability to search with many options, creating a simple and distinctive search platform. The initial filtering and refinement stage (first scan) removed duplicate scientific records across the two databases, as well as non-English records and those deemed irrelevant during a preliminary review. The second scanning included a comprehensive review of the selected scientific records after the first scanning, to ensure that each record met the study's needs and was directly related to its focus. The findings demonstrate that Sustainable Human Resource Management enhances triple-bottom-line outcomes: environmental performance improves through waste reduction and resource efficiency; social performance strengthens via employee well-being, engagement, and equity; and economic performance benefits from cost savings, innovation, and competitive advantage.本研究聚焦于中小企业（Small and Medium Enterprises, SMEs）中的可持续人力资源管理（Sustainable Human Resource Management, SHRM）。本研究将检索科学数据库Web of Science（WoS）与Scopus，上述两大数据库均为业内公认的大型权威科学数据库，具备多维度检索功能，构建了简洁且独具特色的检索平台。初始筛选与优化阶段（首轮筛查）剔除了两大数据库间的重复学术记录、非英文文献，以及经初步评审认定为不相关的研究记录。第二轮筛查则对首轮筛选后的合格学术记录开展全面评审，以确保每条记录均契合本研究的研究需求，且与研究主题直接相关。研究结果表明，可持续人力资源管理可提升三重底线绩效：通过减少废弃物排放与提升资源利用效率优化环境绩效；通过保障员工福祉、提升员工敬业度与实现公平强化社会绩效；通过降低运营成本、推动创新与获取竞争优势提升经济绩效。
