We conducted RNAseq on old PKCe KO vs old WT mouse atrial samples to identify pathways contributing to reduced inducibility and duration of AF in the old KO compared to old WT mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for three biological replicates of old PKCe-KO mice vs. three biological replicates of old WT mouse controls.
