Elucidating the regulation of the Yeast Metabolic Cycle through the integration of gene expression and chromatin status

YMC has been characterized in different molecular levels, proving to be a good model to study crosstalk between histone modification and gene regulation. In this study, we used different statistical methodologies to integrate histone modifications and gene expression data H3K18ac histone modification ChIP-Seq in 16 time-points across the Yeast Metabolic Cycle
