We have expressed mouse Snai1, mutant Snai1 or empty vector in the HPC7 cell line and performed ChIP sequencing analysis of Snai1, H3K4me1 and H3K4me2 HPC7 cells were engineered to express either wildtype Snai1, a mutant version of Snai1 that cannot bind Lsd1 or an empty vector control using retroviral transduction. GFP+ cells were sorted after 1 week in culture and expanded for ChIP-sequencing. 2x10^7 cells were used for each IP condition (Snai1, H3K4me1, H3K4me2 or IgG control).
