Complexes

Each Complex will have a single name and typically the name will be clearly indicated at the main entrance to the Complex. It is typically gated with access or security control although that is not always the case. All Complexes are depicted through polygons that cover all the Single Title properties that form part of the Complex. The attributes will also contain the Name, what type of Complex it is, Residential, Business, etc., whether it is Gated or Not Gated as well as a unique key for each Complex polygon. All spatial layers are served live from internal systems, an item's "Last Updated" or "Publish Date" refers to the Metadata only.
