Pectobacterium carotovorum was isolated from a diseased onion plant in Texas. The whole genome sequence was annotated on Rapid Annotations using Subsystems Technology (RAST) server/SEED database. The raw dataset of genome annotation is reported here.本研究从美国德克萨斯州的一株发病洋葱植株中分离得到胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌（Pectobacterium carotovorum）。该菌株的全基因组序列已通过基于子系统技术的快速注释（Rapid Annotations using Subsystems Technology，RAST）服务器与SEED数据库完成注释。本文在此公开其基因组注释原始数据集。
