Impact of Contralateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss on Prognosis in Idiopathic Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss

This is a retrospectively analyzed dataset, analyzed the clinical data of 445 ISSNHL patients to explore the correlation between various clinical factors and prognosis, We compared baseline characteristics, clinical features, smoking history, illness duration, bilateral hearing levels,frequency classification, and hearing loss degree between groups，and with a particular focus on the potential impact of contralateral sensorineural hearing loss on ISSNHL prognosis.
