Fruit glossiness is an important external fruit quality trait for fresh consumed cucumber fruit affecting its marketability. To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of this trait, we developed a near-isogenic line for this trait and performed transcriptome sequencing. It is hoped that genes related to fruit glossiness trait can be screened from the SRA data.
