Homo sapiens Raw sequence reads

A total of 60 early stage lung adenocarcinoma patients, which underwent resection in department of thoracic surgery, West China Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2015, was recruited in this case-control design study. Informed consent, which was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Center of West China Hospital, was obtained from each patient before surgery. Tumor tissues and normal lung tissues were extracted during surgery and further restored in liquid nitrogen within 10 minutes after lobectomy. All the patients received lobectomy with systematic lymphadenectomy and were proved to be lung adenocarcinoma with T2N0M0 stage pathologically.
