Landfill Intermediate Cover Soils Metagenome

Samples were collected from the Clinton County Landfill in New York from Intermediate Cover Soils placed in 2017 and 2018 from depths of 6" and 12" below the surface. Further, a composite sample was created for laboratory incubations with methane and 4 treatment were tested using biological triplicates to assess methane consumption and nitrous oxide generation.
