资源简介:
Atmospheric particulate matter less than or equal to 2.5 micrometers (PM2.5, units of micrograms/m3) was measured at two prescribed (Rx) burns at Fort Stewart Georgia in February 2024. PM2.5 was measured by two Environmental Beta Attenuation Monitors (EBAM) at each burn (serial numbers C17410 and C15947). The EBAMs are manufactured by Met One Instruments. The burns units were: E11 (2/8/2024) and E16 (2/10/2024). Hourly PM2.5 data were recorded, and in some cases (when concentrations were high), 10-min average PM2.5 data were recorded. This dataset is part of the Wildland Fire Science Initiative (WFSI) research burn campaign held at Fort Stewart from February 8th 2024 to February 10th 2024. In addition, pre- and post-fire data collection occurred before and after these dates. See the most recent version of the contextual dataset “Fort Stewart 2024: Contextual data for Wildland Fire Science Initiative (WFSI) Research Burn Campaign” for more information about the campaign (see Annotations section for has Metadata link).
